ZOLA Venture Capital Inc. is owned
and managed by Ross Chafe – this is a one person operation. Mr. Chafe, 47, has a unique combination
of financial, consulting and operating experience. He has worked in finance for the Toronto Dominion Bank, Union Bank of Switzerland
and Benvest Capital. As a consultant, he has worked in the fields of strategy, direct marketing and IT. While he has been
an operator in the travel and food products industries, the majority of his operating experience has been as President of
Flags Unlimited Corporation, 1998-2004, where he remains a Director.
Mr. Chafe holds a Pure and Applied Science
degree from Champlain College, a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, an MBA from the University of Western Ontario
and has completed his Graduate Studies at the London Business School.
